Summary:The NIMH Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) can aid in the translation of integrative neuroscience. We argue that the RDoC framework, with its emphasis on integration across units of analysis, leveraged with computational approaches, can organize intermediary treatment targets and clinical outcomes, augmenting the translational stream. NIMH’s Research Domain Criteria is a framework for dimensional, trans-diagnostic research on mental disorders.
