Summary:The aim of this study is to report a case of penile metastasis from prostate carcinoma, as it represents a very rare occurrence that clinicians should be aware of. We report a case of a 68-year-old patient affected by prostate cancer who has performed a PSMA-PET after radical prostatectomy for PSA elevation, which revealed a suspected uptake in the corpora cavernosa and corpora spongiosum, followed by multiparametric MRI examination with focus on penile involvement.
