Summary:Angioleiomyoma (vascular leiomyoma) of the uterine cervix is an extremely rare type of benign tumor composed of smooth muscle cells and thick-walled blood vessels. Only a few cases of cervical angioleiomyoma have been reported. Here, we present imaging, including ultrasonography, contrast-enhanced CT, MRI, and histopathological findings of a 38-year-old female with an angioleiomyoma of the uterine cervix.
