Summary:The multiple sclerosis (MS) is an inflammatory demyelinating disease in central nervous system, which is characterized with inflammatory reaction, demylinization and glial scar in substantia alba of central nervous system. The substantia alba around cerebral ventricle, optic nerve, spine, brain stem and cerebellum are often involved. People from 15 to 40 years old are often under the attack of this nervous system disease, leading to paralysis. The authors have treated two cases of MS with Academician SHI Xue-min. The report is as follows.
