Summary:This study aims to promote a training focused on personal and professional development of beginner psychologists. It aims at the formation of complementary competences in graduate training for future careers. 30 master students were involved, during an academic semester. The methods used are: focus group, document analysis, analysis of activity products, personal diary. The analysis carried out on the diaries and portfolios shows that beginner psychologists feel the need for a training focused on personal and professional development. The results showed that at the end of the training the participants exhibited a higher level of confidence in their professional competencies.
