Summary:A parallel CFD-algorithm (an algorithm for modeling spatial gas-dynamic flows) on mixed locally adaptive meshes with elements of the tetrahedron, prism, pyramid, and hexahedron type is presented. The algorithm is based on a finite-volume method for modeling the system of Navier–Stokes equations of increased order of accuracy with the polynomial reconstruction of variables and explicit integration over time. The distributed algorithm for heterogeneous computing systems is developed using the MPI, OpenMP, and CUDA programming models. Numerical results for supersonic flows and the parameters of the software’s efficiency are presented.
