Summary:In this research, we built the model applying drama theory for clarification of the conflict and its settlement process to reach agreement through negotiation between the subject from which a position and an interest differ for consensus building about environmental preservation activity of the Terada-irrigation pond in Kakogawa city, Hyogo. As a result, we clarified the opportunity in which each subject changed the intention in process of the consensus building, and that factors which made a contribution to these changing was 'sincerity' 'persuasion', and 'a threat'.
