Summary:The development and spread of the Internet had a tremendous impact on the social economic system. One of the most surprising fact is the speed of this electronic impact which ten years of electronic development in the past may now be condensed to a year by the Internet. We took notice of using the Internet effectively for immediate public participation. Most of the Home Pages were made with no clear purposes and passive reasons. In addition, lack of the viewpoint of “user's interface” may be an another reason. Here we have given a concrete example of communication as a tool for better public participation. The Internet, which is an interactive media, has many advantages. It can be opened to general public on the spot, and information can be piled and refered easily. We suggest that using these advantages with maxim effort may be effective for environmental actions. Today we'd like to report the results and possibilities of electronic network for more lively public participation.
