Summary:A case of malignant lymphoma of the mandibular bone is reported. The patient was a 3-year-old male and visited our hospital with a complaint of painless swelling of lower gingiva. The radiographic examination showed severe absorption of the mandibular bone and 67Ga seintigram revealed abnormal 67Ga accumulation in the mandible and para-aortic lymph nodes. In histological examination a typical “starry-sky pattern” was demonstrated and the diagnosis of Burkitt's tumor was made.
