Summary:This article shows the role and significance of environmental factors in development of Parkinson's disease. The study has identified as managed (work in chemical industries, drinking water from open reservoirs, contact with pesticides) and unmanaged (rural residence, family history) risk factors for Parkinson's disease. Analysis of risk factors for Parkinson's disease allows to identify the most significant factors with high level of confidence that it is important to justify the concept of Parkinson's disease development, as well as gives opportunity to predict the possibility of disease development on the basis of the proposed by author algorithm.
