Quality control circle activity in improving the preparedness for hospital discharge among breast cancer patients

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activity in improving the preparedness for hospital discharge among breast cancer patients. Methods The problem-solving QCC method was adopted to understand the present condition and influencing factors of poor preparedness for hospital discharge among breast cancer patients. Targeted interventions were carried out to improve the preparedness for hospital discharge. Results The qualified rate of preparedness for hospital discharge increased from 71. 50% before implementation of QCC activity to 90. 87% after implementation of QCC activity. Conclusion The QCC activity is potentially effective to improve the preparedness for hospital discharge and enhance the self-care ability of breast cancer patients. (目的 探讨品管圈活动提高乳腺癌患者出院准备度达标率的效果。方法 开展问题解决型品管圈活动, 进行计划拟定、现况把握、原因分析、拟定对策并组织实施, 分析效果。结果 乳腺癌患者出院准备度达标率从71. 50%提升至90. 87%。结论 通过品管圈活动, 能够改善乳腺癌患者出院准备度, 提高乳腺癌患者自我照护能力。)
