| Summary: | The study of the features of practical work with the choir in modern universities, various methods of working with the choir in the scientific literature, the psychological aspect of the main problems of students in practice, modern psychological and pedagogical technologies that are significant for the student's choral practice, showed that conducting and choral activity in in the conditions of modern culture remains a rather difficult profession, requiring great endurance, strength, patience and perseverance from the future specialist. A modern choral student has to combine the centuries-old traditions of choral art with environmental conditions, technological discoveries, and the realities of modern man. Turning to theoretical sources, to the great masters of choral art, we can understand that this type of activity does not tolerate a careless attitude on the part of an inexperienced student. The search for relevant means and methods for teaching future choirmasters how to work with the choir is a research problem. The object of the research is the process of practical work of the student with the choir. The subject of the research is the content and causes of mistakes made by the student in choral practice. Purpose: to identify the main problems of student choral practice and justify the need to solve them by means of modern psychological and pedagogical technologies. Аs practice shows, the independent work of modern students with a training choir has a range of problems unresolved over time, the origins of which are both in the psychological and pedagogical sphere, and in the absence of an integrated approach in preparing a student for practical activities. Not every student sees the potential for further successful activity in any area of his life in acquiring professional conducting skills. As a result of the survey, we found that one of the main problems that cause difficulties for students in choral practice is fear. Passivity and lack of motivation appear, and sometimes bad relationships with the team. Also, the majority of respondents mention the laziness and unpreparedness of students, the inability to establish contact with the team, clearly set goals and achieve their implementation, uncertainty, passivity, lack of strong-willed and leadership qualities. For further successful practice of choir students, according to the majority of choir students, it is necessary to responsibly approach the study of a cycle of special disciplines, overcome internal uncertainty, and devote more time to self-training. Thus, the psychological basis of training in conducting skills should be an integral part of professional training. We see the further prosperity of the profession in attracting choir students to the learning process along with the traditions of modern innovative technologies that make it possible to interest students and help them acquire personal meanings, use an interdisciplinary approach, and expand the boundaries of education to meta-subjects. |
