Summary:A combined mechanism for the purpose of ellipse trajectory needling machine is presented,which composed of crank connecting rod mechanism and cylindrical cam mechanism.The principle of mechanism is demonstrated,and the model of mechanism is designed according to theoretical analysis.Moreover,the profile of cylindrical cam and the 3D molding entity are designed.The mechanism is simulated via cosmos motion software,and the correction of the trajectory of mechanism is validated.In the end,the assembly model and subassembly model of main transmission system for ellipse trajectory needling machine are designed.
