Summary:The purpose of this study was to explore parental choice of preschool in Tainan City. The measurements applied in this study included Factors of Parental Choice Scale. The participants consisted of the preschool parents in Tainan City. A total of 824 effective samples were collected. The obtained data was analyzed with statistics methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANONA, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were summerized as follows: 1. The overall situation of the preschool in Tainan City and the equipment, teachers, curriculum and instruction, tuition, environment, and parent-teacher interactions were all very corrosponding. However, the convenience factor was mostly corrosponding. 2. The status of parental choice of preschool in Tainan City is different. There are a few differences in education levels, monthly household income, or properties of the school. There are no significant in status, age, or family status. 3. The
