Summary:The purpose of this study is to explore the research on knowledge sharing and professional development of preschool educators. This research adopts the literature analysis method, the main purpose is to discuss the level and influencing factors of knowledge sharing of preschool educators, as well as the level and dilemma of professional development of preschool educators. The following conclusions were reached: (1) The level of knowledge sharing for preschool educators includes four levels: sharing personal knowledge, sharing teaching skills, sharing learning opportunities, sharing and promotion motivation, etc. (2) The influencing factors of knowledge sharing of preschool educators mainly include internal and external factors. (3) The level of professional development of preschool educators mainly includes four levels of educational security professional knowledge, professional spirit and growth, general knowledge, and preschool administration knowledge.
