Summary: | A school’s principal shepherds the school’s path, influencing its direction. Positive leadership can help the organization overcome its dilemma and encourage the members inside to fulfill themselves, even transcend. Recent positive leadership researchers tend to use quantitative research methods, focusing on elementary and junior high schools; few researchers adopt principal awareness as their research method. Hence, the purpose of this research is to discover how a vocational high school principal performs positive leadership. This research is a qualitative case study, in-depth interview and documents analysis, the research subject is the principal of Taipei Municipal An-An Vocational High School. The researcher discovered that principal’s positive leadership practice contains: 1.
