亚洲舞毒蛾幼龄幼虫刚毛特点及其与扩散关系初探

| Abstract_FL | The setae characteristics of early instar larvae of the Asian gypsy moth (AGM),Lymantria dispar were investigated by using a scanning electron microscope and a stereomicroscope.The dispersal of the AGM larvae were studied in a wind tunnel.The result showed that the following four types of setae were found on the AGM larva:bubbly setae,micro barbed setae,penniform setae and linear setae.Among them,Micro barbed setae were the longest and bubbly setae were the most numerous.The dispersal distance of AGM larva is more related to the ratio of micro barbed setae length and head width (P <0.05,R =0.790;) than the ratio of penniform setae length and head width (P > 0.05,R =0.322).On the other hand,the dispersal distance of the larva is negatively correlated with both the age of the larva (P <0.01,R =-0.804) and the weight of the larva. |
