子痫前期对子代心血管系统的影响

子痫前期是涉及多系统损害的妊娠期特有疾病,是孕产妇和围生儿死亡的主要原因之一,严重威胁母儿健康.子痫前期的不良宫内环境易导致胎儿生长受限、早产和低出生体质量儿等不良结局,其发病机制尚不十分明确.子痫前期可以过度激活氧化应激和炎症反应,同时可能诱导表观遗传修饰改变,使子代在生长发育过程中心血管系统重构,损害心血管结构与功能,增加子代成年后罹患心血管疾病的风险.综述子痫前期的不良宫内环境导致子代心血管疾病的可能机制及子代心血管系统结构和功能的改变,以期了解胎源性心血管疾病的发生、发展,有助于疾病的早期干预和阻断,提高子痫前期子代的生命健康水平....
