开发适于现场分析的小型仪器装置对于常态和应急状态下的环境质量评估、生命健康保障及食品质量控制具有重要意义.微等离子体具有体积小、功耗低等特性,已成为研制小型原子发射光谱(OES)仪器的核心技术.本文综述了以微等离子体为激发源的小型化OES系统的研究进展,阐述了介质阻挡放电(DBD)、尖端放电(PD)和大气压辉光放电(APGD)微等离子体激发源的结构组成和性能,介绍了适用于不同相态样品的高效引入策略,总结了微等离子体OES系统集成及其小型化的研究进展,以及在环境、生物和食品样品现场分析中的应用,讨论了微等离子体OES系统的局限性和未来的发展趋势,提出了小型化OES系统发展亟待解决的相关问题....

Abstract_FL The development of miniaturized and reliable on-site analyzers is of great significance for environmental monitoring,life and health protection,as well as food quality control in normal and emergency circumstances.Microplasma,characterized by its miniature size and low power consumption,has become the core technology for the development of miniaturized optical emission spectrometry(OES)systems.The present review discussed the very recent advances in miniaturized OES systems by using microplasma as the excitation source.It provided special emphasis focusing on the structure and functions of dielectric barrier discharge,point discharge,and atmospheric pressure glow discharge microplasma excitation sources.In addition,pertinent descriptions were dedicated to the efficient sampling strategies of different phases.The integration and miniaturization progress of microplasma based OES systems were also discussed.Finally,the applications of miniaturized OES system in the field analysis for environmental monitoring,biological analysis and food safety assay were drawn.Meanwhile,the limitations,challenges and some of the currently unsolved technical issues in the future development of microplasma based OES systems were thoroughly discussed,along with potential key procedures for alleviating the related issues.
