A hard mirror set according to the present invention is equipped with: a hard mirror main body provided with a first insert part which is to be inserted into a subject, a first channel which is provided to the first insert part, and a first observation part which is arranged at the tip of the first insert part and with which the subject can be observed; a treatment tool guide provided with a second insert part which is to be inserted into and removed from the first channel and a second channel which is provided to the second insert part; a needle part which can be inserted into and removed from the second channel; and an optical viewing tube provided with a third insert part which can be inserted into and removed from the first channel in place of the treatment tool guide and a second observation part which is arranged at the tip of the third insert part and with which the subject can be observed.
