| Summary: | To provide an excellent recycled plastic material which can expand a range of usage while considering the environment, when using a recycled resin obtained from a used plastic container package to which the Law for Promotion of Sorted Collection and Recycling of Containers and Packaging is applied.SOLUTION: A first resin material 41 is acquired from a used plastic container package to which the Law for Promotion of Sorted Collection and Recycling of Containers and Packaging is applied. A second resin material 42A derived from a household electric recycled material is acquired from a RP material to which the Law for Promotion of Sorted Collection and Recycling of Containers and Packaging is applied. A third resin material 42B derived from an automobile recycled material is acquired from a RP material to which the Law on Recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles is applied. A fourth resin material 42C derived from a general recycled material is acquired from an RP material to which both the Law for Promotion of Sorted Collection and Recycling of Containers and Packaging, and the Law on Recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles are not applied. The RP material is molded by charging one kind of the second to fourth resin materials 42A, 42B and 42C in addition to the first resin material 41, as necessary, charging an inorganic filler material 43, and melt-kneading the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容リ法が適用される使用済みプラスチック製容器包装から得られるリサイクル樹脂を利用するに当たって、環境に配慮しながら利用を拡大できる、優れたリサイクルプラスチック材料を提供することである。【解決手段】容リ法が適用される使用済みプラスチック製容器包装から、第1樹脂材41を入手する。家電リサイクル法が適用されるRP材料から、家電リサイクル材由来の第2樹脂材42Aを入手する。自動車リサイクル法が適用されるRP材料から、自動車リサイクル材由来の第3樹脂材42Bを入手する。家電リサイクル法及び自動車リサイクル法のいずれも適用されないRP材料から、一般のリサイクル材由来の第4樹脂材42Cを入手する。RP材料は、第1樹脂材41の他、第2乃至第4樹脂材42A、42B、42Cのうちの1種類を投入し、必要に応じ無機フィラー材43を投入して溶融混練して成形される。【選択図】図1 |
