Summary:To provide a measuring device that can acquire point group data that are recorded at high density and at a substantially equal interval.SOLUTION: A measuring device has: a mirror that irradiates an object with scan light and reflects reflected light from the object; a first driving unit that rotates the mirror around a first axis parallel to a horizontal direction; a second driving unit that rotates the mirror around a second axis parallel to a vertical direction; and a control unit that controls the first driving unit and the second driving unit and acquires information on the shape of the object on the basis of the reflected light. The control unit executes control of acquiring the information while controlling the driving units to rotate the mirror around the first axis and around the second axis by 180°, multiple times at an interval of a predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高密度でほぼ等間隔な点群データを取得可能な計測装置を提供すること。【解決手段】計測装置は、物体に走査光を照射し、物体からの反射光を反射するミラーと、水平方向に平行な第1軸周りにミラーを回転させる第1駆動部と、鉛直方向に平行な第2軸周りにミラーを回転させる第2駆動部と、第1駆動部と第2駆動部とを制御すると共に、反射光に基づいて物体の形状に関する情報を取得する制御部とを有し、制御部は、ミラーを第1軸周りに回転させつつ第2軸周りに180°回転させる間に情報を取得する制御を、所定時間をあけて複数回実行する。【選択図】図1
