Summary:To provide at low cost a container having a mechanism for discharging water vapor when heated, for the container containing contents that generate water vapor when heated.SOLUTION: A package 5 of the present invention is obtained by thermal fusion bonding a lower surface of a lid 1 and an upper surface of a flange portion 32 of a container 3 containing contents 4 via a predetermined annular sealing material 2. The annular sealing material of one aspect comprises a first thermal fusion bondable resin layer 20a and a second thermal fusion bondable resin layer 20b, and can be peeled off in a middle of its thickness. Further, a non-thermal fusion bonding zone Y is formed in an inner peripheral portion 22 side of the annular sealing material, and an inner notch 23 is formed at least at one position in a circumferential direction of the non-thermal fusion bonding zone in such a way that an end face of the thermal fusion bonding zone is formed facing an internal space of the package. Then, a pressure of water vapor generated by heating the contents acts on the end face and the thermal fusion bonding zone is locally peeled off in the middle of the thickness, so that a water vapor lead-out path is formed and the water vapor is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】加熱により水蒸気を生ずる内容物を収容した容器を、被加熱時に水蒸気を排出する機構を有するものを低コストで提供する。【解決手段】本発明の包装体5は、蓋体1の下面と、内容物4を含む容器3のフランジ部32の上面とを、所定の環状シール材2を介して熱融着したものであり、環状シール材の一態様は第1の熱融着性樹脂層20a及び第2の熱融着性樹脂層20bよりなるとともに、その厚さ中間で剥離可能とされる。また、環状シール材の内周部22に非熱融着帯Yを構成させるとともに、非熱融着帯の少なくとも周方向の一箇所に、熱融着帯に前記包装体の内部空間に臨んだ端面を形成するための内側切欠部23を形成する。そして、内容物の加熱により生ずる水蒸気の圧力が前記端面に作用して熱融着帯が厚さ中間で局部的に剥離することにより、水蒸気導出路が形成され、水蒸気が排出させられる。【選択図】図1
