Molten steel slag or solid-liquid mixed steel slag with the temperature larger than or equal to 1450 DEG C is used as a treatment object and subjected to thermal crushing and air blowing cooling, and steel slag with the surface temperature ranging from 1200 DEG C to 1350 DEG C is obtained; then carrying out quenching densification treatment until the temperature of the steel slag is reduced to 800-1050 DEG C; during quenching densification treatment, the cooling speed is 200-500 DEG C/min; and then the obtained steel slag is transferred into an annealing and slow-cooling device, the slow-cooling device adopts gas obtained through hot crushing and air blowing cooling for heat compensation, and when the temperature of the steel slag is slowly reduced to 200-300 DEG C, steam generated through quenching densification treatment is introduced |
