The present invention describes non-invasive methods and devices for improving health, such as the treatment of pruritus, especially skin pruritus. The non-invasive means are selected from electrical stimulation, hot or cold stimulation, IR (Infrared) radiation, mechanical stimulation, or a combination thereof.
