Summary:The invention provides a seismic wave speed dispersion and attenuation prediction method, device and equipment and a medium, and relates to the field of seismic rock physics. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring logging data and/or laboratory measurement data of seismic rocks; based on the logging data and/or the laboratory measurement data, determining a corrected wet skeleton bulk modulus and a shear modulus of the seismic rock; based on the corrected wet skeleton volume modulus and shear modulus, determining a saturated rock equivalent plane wave modulus by using a boundary average dynamic equivalent medium model; and determining the longitudinal wave velocity and attenuation of the seismic wave based on the equivalent plane wave modulus of the saturated rock.
