The preparation method of the straw extract comprises the following steps: (1) decomposing straws through a decomposition agent; wherein the decomposition agent comprises a straw fermentation compound bacterium system; (2) performing thread rolling treatment on the decomposed straws to obtain straw fibers; (3) carrying out fiber grinding treatment on the straw cellosilk to obtain a straw extract; wherein the fiber water content of the straw extract is 55%-65%.
