种MnO/C/CNT复合电极材料的制备方法
本发明公开了种MnO/C/CNT复合电极材料的制备方法。包括以下步骤:在洁净的金属片上涂覆含有CNT的铸膜液,使其在金属片上形成层厚90~150μm、孔径为0.05~10μm包含CNT的有机微滤薄膜;把步骤1)所得金属片利用阳极电沉积二氧化锰的方法在金属片上电沉积,清洗,干燥;把步骤2)所得金属片经高温处理使微滤薄膜碳化,冷却后得到MnO/C/CNT复合电极材料。本发明MnO具有阵列结构,C/CNT填充在阵列二氧化锰之间,柱状阵列结构的MnO不仅能有效的提高电极材料的比表面积而且也能有利于离子在均匀分布的柱状阵列结构间快速传输。 The invention discloses a prepar...

The invention discloses a preparation method of a MnO2/C/CNT composite electrode material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of step1, applying casting solution which comprises CNT on a clean metal plate, thereby forming an organic microfiltration film which has thickness of 90-150 [mu]m and aperture of 0.05-10 [mu]m and comprises CNT on the metal plate; step 2, performing eelectrodeposition on the metal plate by means of an anodic manganese dioxide electrodeposition method, and performing cleaning and drying; and step 3), performing high-temperature treatment on the metal plate for carbonizing the microfiltration film, and obtaining the MnO2/C/CNT composite electrode material after cooling.
