本发明提供了种基于虚拟标签技术的连续运行输送系统,滚道系统包含至少段带变频控制的滚道,滚道进出口各设有套停止器、检测开关以及读写装置,每段滚道中至少包含2个工位,各工位进出口均设有传感器;当工件到达进口停止器时,通过进口检测开关检测工件已到位,进口读写装置读取工件信息并将其缓存进PLC系统,同时将其传递给各工位指导加工;工位加工完成后将工件在该工位的加工数据反写回PLC系统;所有工位加工完成后,通过出口读写装置将该段滚道中所有工位加工数据写入工件标签中。本发明通过虚拟标签技术完成加工数据的存储,到达质量追溯的功能,无需在滚道各工位进出口布置读写装置,大大减少了硬件成本,实现柔性化控制。 The...
