The invention provides a biomass rotating and destructive distillation type comprehensive utilization process. The process comprises the following steps: a, preparing materials; b, heating air, conveying and circulating; c, conveying raw materials; d, performing biomass destructive distillation; e, performing tar cracking; f, cooling biomass gas, purifying and applying; and j, cooling biomass charcoal, metering and packing. The process has the advantages and effects that 1, a large amount of biomass gas can be continuously produced, and mass industrial production can be carried out; 2, the self-generating substance gas is burnt to be used as a heat source after the process is performed, so that the energy can be saved, and the environment can be protected; 3, the self-generating substance gas is treated by tar cracking to be heated, which can remove the impurities and improve the purity, concentration and calorific value of biomass gas; 4, throttling valves in each pipeline, feeding, carbon discharging, slag discharging and an air blower in the process are automatically controlled, so that the production efficiency can be greatly increased.
