本文通过对长波长光纤数字通信系统接收机灵敏度的讨论来决定长波长检测器的选择方案。结果表明:Ge—APD—FET组合可以做为长波长光纤数字系统接收机的检测器和前端放大器,但是,较好的方案是Ge—PIN—FET组合,它不但经济简单,而且接收机的灵敏度在1.3μm时,还要比Ge—APD—FET组合接收机好5dBm左右。本文推荐这个方案。...
