Educação em saúde intervenções em escolas da zona rural em municípios do Rio Grande do Sul

This article aimed to report health education interventions developed in schools of rural areas of municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul, through an experience report that involved students, parents/guardians, teachers, health professionals, the Municipal Health Secretary and Education Health Secretary in three rural municipalities. The paper is of the research-action type and is described in this article according to four parts. It began with data collection through a questionnaire and interview, after that, the second part took place, which is the planning of educational interventions, with the subject of its situational diagnosis being addressed in each school. The third part included two educational interventions, one on drug prevention and one on the importance of healthy eating, which were carried out in the school space. And, in the fourth stage, the evaluation instrument was applied to close the research-action. The researchers concluded that educational interventions carried out in the school space are extremely important for the population's life quality, also stimulating collective work. As it concerns the rural population, it was clear that the covered topics were in accordance with their particularities, as the interventions added to their quality and habits of life, prioritizing the promotion of health in this environment. Este artigo objetivou relatar intervenções de educação em saúde desenvolvidas em escolas da zona rural de municípios do Rio Grande do Sul, por meio de um relato de experiência que envolveu alunos, pais/responsáveis, professores, profissionais da saúde, Secretário Municipal de Saúde e de Educação de três municípios rurais. A pesquisa é do tipo pesquisa-ação e está descrita neste artigo conforme as quatro fases. Iniciou pela coleta de dados por meio de questionário e entrevista, em seguida, aconteceu a segunda fase com o planejamento das intervenções educativas, e em cada escola foi abordado o assunto do seu diagnóstico situacional. Na terceira etapa ocorreram duas intervenções educativas sobre prevenção de drogas e uma sobre a importância da alimentação saudável, que foram realizadas no espaço escolar. E, na quarta etapa, foi aplicado o instrumento de avaliação como fechamento da pesquisa-ação. Concluiu-se que intervenções educativas realizadas no espaço escolar são de suma importância para a qualidade de vida da população, além de estimular o trabalho coletivo. Por se tratar da população rural, percebeu-se que os temas abordados foram abordados conforme suas particularidades, já que as intervenções vieram a acrescentar na qualidade e hábitos de vida, priorizando a promoção da saúde nesse meio.
