HIAF-Kicker电源通信系统设计与实现

Abstract | TL99; 在强流重离子加速器装置(High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility,HIAF)注入引出Kicker电源系统中,控制事件的传输效率和稳定性是影响电源工作性能的重要因素.为实现HIAF-Kicker电源双极性固态PFN-Marx发生器中百路绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)开关的精确控制,并为HIAF-Kicker电源高速波形采集数据提供千兆级别的回读通路,研制了Kicker电源通信系统.该系统基于美国Xilinx Kintex-7现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)为核心器件的数字控制器,采用HDL硬件语言描述的用户数据报协议(User Datagram Protocol,UDP)栈作为数据通信核心,采用截取包含波形脉冲及其前后部分进行传输的方案,提高了通信效率,节约了系统资源.通过连接多模块光纤扇出子板,输出多路电源所需的光控制信号,并外加屏蔽壳以降低电磁干扰,保证数据传输的稳定性.根据HIAF-Kicker需求对通信系统进行测试,测试结果显示该系统满足HIAF-Kicker电源数据通信的需求. |
