基于多分类相关向量机的MMC多相故障诊断关键技术
模块化多电平转换器拓扑结构复杂,当不同相子模块发生故障时,传统诊断方法只检测单个子模块故障,无法识别多相子模块故障.提出了一种多分类相关向量机算法用于模块化多电平换流器的多相故障诊断,对三相电压的时频数据进行傅立叶变换,以获取三相电压的频域数据,使用频域中的典型低次谐波分量作为故障特征量,采用多分类相关向量机算法进行故障分类.通过与传统故障诊断方法的仿真比较,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性.仿真结果表明,该方法在训练精度和测试精度上均优于传统的故障诊断方法,训练精度达到99.2%,测试精度达到99.4%,具有一定的应用价值....
