| Summary: | Near field optics is a new interdisciplinary subject that studies optical phenomena very close to objects. The system level theory and method of constructing system sensor, the principle of related algorithm, modeling method and error analysis are analyzed, and the system configurations based on free form is proposed. In order to improve the resolution of the imaging system and reach the theoretical limit, the multiple system optimization method is promoted from the perspective of theory to engineering. |
