叶片数与叶片厚度协同设计对离心泵性能的影响研究
TV136%TH311; 为了研究叶片数与叶片厚度的协同设计对离心泵叶轮性能的影响,采用k-Epsilon湍流模型在ANSYS CFX商用软件中,分别对3种叶片数和3种叶片厚度协同设计的9种模型在0.8Qd、1.0Qd、1.2Qd三种流量下进行定常和非定常的数值模拟,分析了各组方案的外特性曲线、内部流场及叶轮流道压力脉动特性.研究结果表明:协同方案中适当的同时增加叶片数并减小叶片厚度能增加离心泵效率,提高叶轮截面液体流速分布的均匀性,降低叶轮流道处压力脉动;在各协同方案中,叶片数对各流量下叶轮截面静压力和小流量下湍动能区域面积大小起主导作用,最大静压力值和静压力分布均匀性随着叶片数的增加而增加...
