山东小开河引黄灌区高质量发展的对策措施
TV93%S274.3; 近年来黄河调水调沙使小开河灌区引水条件变化,灌区供水和生态安全受到威胁.针对灌区面临的引水量减少、淤积严重、清淤弃土无处放置、沉沙池功能不足等问题,提出了渠首工程改造及建设输沙管道等工程措施.为落实黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展,利用泥沙资源、分散处理泥沙、改良土地、加强监管等一系列运行管理措施是有效的.在应对水资源供需矛盾日益突出、遏制生态环境退化的实践探索中,小开河灌区积累的一些做法可为黄河下游引黄灌区提供参考....
