板式表面张力贮箱推进剂重定位过程数值仿真的网格收敛性分析
V411.8; 为了验证 2.67L 卫星贮箱性能,通过建立贮箱仿真模型,分别对贮箱 50%与 60%填充率下推进剂的重定位过程进行仿真验证.为了提高仿真效率,通过引入 GCI 指数这一概念,对比 295 万、625 万、767 万、955 万网格数量的仿真结果,对仿真模型的网格收敛性进行分析.通过两个工况仿真结果的对比验证,认为当网格数量为 625 万时,数值模拟的误差能够收敛,具有较高的仿真效率.基于该仿真模型,对比分析了贮箱在受到轴向、周向扰动时与不受扰动时推进剂重定位过程的质心坐标变化,发现在扰动持续 1s情况下,推进剂质心变化小于 1×10-3 m,因此认为该板式贮箱具有较好的抗扰动...
