套管封隔器分段压裂管柱遇卡原因分析及解决方案
TE357; 为了降低套管封隔器分段压裂的施工风险,解决压裂结束后套管封隔器分段压裂管柱上提易遇卡的问题,以某区块一口水平井的套管封隔器分段压裂为例,从压裂管柱上提时的载荷、上下活动距离和返排液性质等特征因素入手,详细分析了该井前3段压裂后压裂管柱上提遇卡的原因,并制定了解卡措施,压裂管柱顺利解卡.为防止后续6段压裂再出现压裂管柱上提遇卡的情况,对套管封隔器分段压裂管柱进行了优化,采用优化后的压裂管柱顺利完成了该井后续6段的压裂,且压裂管柱全部安全顺利起出.该井处理套管分段压裂管柱上提遇卡的方法和制定的措施及优化的压裂管柱,为今后类似问题的处理和压裂管柱的优选提供了借鉴....
