斑马鱼模型与脑出血遗传分子机制研究进展

脑出血是老年人常见的急性进行性脑血管病,大量基础研究提示,脑出血的病理学机制可能与不同遗传因子对血-脑屏障的调控与干预有关.斑马鱼脑出血模型作为出血性脑血管病研究的经典模型,在相关遗传分子机制研究中起重要作用,本文系统介绍斑马鱼脑出血模型的特点及优势,并基于常用转基因斑马鱼脑出血模型阐述斑马鱼血-脑屏障结构与功能完整性的遗传分子学研究现状、相关基因表达与脑出血致病机制研究进展,以加深对脑出血发病机制的理解,并协助制定相应防治策略....
