EMS型高速磁浮轨道不平顺参数影响研究

Abstract_FL | With the continuous breakthrough and development of high-speed maglev,this paper,aiming at the dynamic response of the control parameters of track irregularity to the operation of EMS high-speed maglev vehicle and based on multi-body dynamics and finite element method,establishes a coupling system model of maglev vehicle-track-beam which includes the maglev vehicle system,the track beam system and the control system.The vehicle system and track beam system are coupled by magnetic track relation.The effects of the amplitude,direction and wavelength of track irregularity on the vibration response of EMS high speed magnetic suspension coupling system operating at 600 km/h are analyzed.The variation law of each index in the system affected by the track irregularity is revealed,the influence of the track irregularity parameters on the high-speed maglev vehicle-track-beam coupling system is discussed,and the parameter suggestions are put forward.In the study of irregularity amplitude,when maglev vehicles are running at the speed of 600 km/h on an irregularity excitation line with a wavelength of 20 m,some dynamic indexes in the coupling system exceed the limit,and the amplitude of the irregularity line with a wavelength of 20 m is controlled within 4 mm.In the study of vertical and lateral track irregularity,it is found that the vertical and lateral responses of the vehicle system are decoupled,and the vertical load of the vehicle is the main incentive factor in the coupling system.The levitation control technology should be regarded as the key control technology of the high-speed maglev system.The study of the irregularity wavelength indicates that the amplitude of irregularity is 1 mm,and the short wave irregularity below 10 m is more likely to cause severe vibration of the coupling system than other wavelength irregularity. |
