高频超声对乳腺微小结节良恶性鉴别诊断意义

本研究探讨高频超声对乳腺微小结节良恶性鉴别诊断意义及价值.回顾分析122例乳腺微小结节患者一般资料,患者均接受高频超声诊断,分析良恶性结节血流状况、血流参数、二维声像图特征,分析高频超声诊断价值.结果显示,与良性结节比较,恶性结节Ⅰ级占比更低,Ⅲ级占比更高(P<0.05);与良性结节比较,恶性结节血流阻力指数更高(P<0.05);高频超声诊断乳腺恶性微小结节阴性预测值、灵敏度、阳性预测值、特异度、准确度分别为95.0%、85.0%、89.5%、96.6%、93.7%,与病理诊断比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).表明高频超声可通过血流状态与参数对良恶性乳腺微小结节准确诊断,具有较高准确度与...
