计及电能质量影响的10 kV配电网损耗计算模型及其实验验证
TM712; 随着智能电网的不断发展,电能质量扰动日益增加,探索计及电能质量因素的配电网损耗计算模型对电力系统节能降损有十分重要的意义.分别给出了在谐波、三相电流不平衡、电压偏差这3种常见的电能质量扰动影响下的10 kV配电网的损耗计算模型;然后提出了同时考虑多种电能质量扰动的10 kV配电网损耗评估方法并建立了计算模型,提高了10 kV配电网损耗理论计算的准确度.配电网损耗综合评估分为固定损耗评估和可变损耗评估2个部分,固定损耗评估主要考虑电压偏差对变压器固定损耗的影响,可变损耗评估对以上3种电能质量扰动进行解耦评估,然后综合估算出10 kV配电网的可变损耗的综合附加损耗率.最后通过实验验证...
