有机无机杂化触变剂的研究与应用
TE256.6; 在解决恶性井漏、薄弱地层固井问题时,可加入触变剂形成触变水泥浆.目前触变水泥浆体系存在触变性不够强、对温度敏感以及综合性能欠佳等问题,限制了现有触变剂的应用.为了提高水泥浆体系的触变性,选择异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚TPEG、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺DMAA、丙烯酸AA等单体合成有机聚合物TDA-1,利用杂化的方式将有机聚合物与无机膨润土复配,研制出一种触变性良好的新型触变剂CBJ-1.并研究了该新型触变剂对水泥浆性能的影响.利用红外光谱、XRD表征触变剂的结构,采用初终切实验测试了水泥浆的触变性.结果证明,该新型触变剂CBJ-1合成成功,温度适用范围较广,改善了其温度敏感问题.将其加...
