低转矩脉动同步磁阻电机磁障形状分析与优化设计
TM352; 同步磁阻电机因其结构简单、调速范围宽,且无需永磁体励磁,与永磁同步电机相比具有成本低、可靠性高等优势.与此同时,同步磁阻电机存在转矩脉动较大和功率因数较低等缺点.针对同步磁阻电机转矩脉动高的问题,提出一种形状优化方法对同步磁阻电机的转子磁障形状进行优化,以降低其转矩脉动.首先提出分段线性插值方法确定转子磁障的边界,使获得的同步磁阻电机磁障形状具有任意性.然后结合序贯田口法和拟牛顿法对同步磁阻电机进行优化,进而减少优化所需时长.最后以降低转矩脉动和提高平均输出转矩为目标,对同步磁阻电机进行优化,与传统同步磁阻电机对比结果表明,应用所提出方法获得的磁障形状能够有效降低同步磁阻电机的转...
