TM73%TK01; 针对相邻国家能源市场机制不同、多边协同调度难度大等问题,提出一种考虑碳-绿证联合交易的跨境综合能源系统协同运行优化方法.根据不同国家综合能源系统所处位置,提出考虑热网、电网损耗的跨境综合能源系统模型.在充分考虑跨境能量流动与转化的基础上,引入跨境绿证、碳交易,建立考虑碳-绿证联合交易的跨境综合能源系统协同优化模型.基于所建模型的仿真结果分析表明,在跨境综合能源系统中引入碳、绿证交易可减少不同国家的综合能源系统运行成本,同时提高能源优化配置与可再生能源消纳量....
