以氟化钙为助浸剂的某伊利石型含钒石煤酸浸提钒工艺
TF841.3; 以陕西某伊利石型石煤钒矿为研究对象,采用硫酸+氟化钙体系直接浸出工艺提钒,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出温度、氟化钙用量、液固比及浸出时间等工艺参数对钒浸出率的影响.试验结果表明,在氟化钙用量为原矿用量的10%、硫酸体积浓度5%、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间5h、液固比4∶1的条件下,钒的浸出率可达91.85%.这表明对伊利石型含钒石煤采用添加氟化钙作为助浸剂进行直接酸浸工艺提钒是有效的....
