标准火灾下胶合木梁柱螺栓节点的承载力设计方法

TU366.2; 为了研究木结构螺栓节点抗火性能设计方法,开展了胶合木结构梁柱钢填板螺栓节点的标准火灾试验,获得了节点在恒载下的耐火时间.基于梁柱螺栓节点抗火试验数据和近30年国内外不同类型的销轴类连接节点抗火试验数据建立了数据库,利用该数据库研究了持荷比与耐火时间关系公式,并用试验结果对公式的准确性进行对比分析.针对试验节点,提出了弯剪耦合下胶合木梁柱螺栓节点计算方法.研究表明,在已知持荷比下计算所得的节点理论耐火时间与试验结果较接近,且本试验节点的耐火时间理论值小于试验值,最大误差为-11.34%.这说明理论值偏保守,可为木结构节点抗火设计留有一定安全余量....

Abstract_FL To explore fire resistance design methods for bolted connections in timber structures,standard fire tests were conducted on glulam bolted beam-column connections with inserted-in steel plates,and the fire re-sistance time of the connections under constant load was obtained.A database was developed using fire test da-ta from beam-column bolted connections,as well as fire test data from various dowel-type connections gath-ered over the past 30 years worldwide.Based on this database,some formulas relating load ratio to fire resist-ance time were derived,and their accuracy was validated by comparing the theoretical results with experimen-tal data.Additionally,a method for calculating the fire resistance of glulam beam-column bolted connections under combined bending and shear was proposed.The findings indicate that,for a given load ratio,the calcu-lated theoretical fire resistance time closely aligns with the experimental results.The theoretical values are slightly lower than the experimental results,with a maximum error of-11.34%.The conservative nature of the theoretical results provides a safety margin for the fire resistance design of timber connections.
