高炉渣的化学成分对其微观结构影响的研究现状

TD988%TF524; 高炉渣的化学成分对其微观结构具有重要影响,改变高炉渣的化学成分,高炉渣的微观结构也发生改变.本文综述了碱度、MgO/A12O3比值及MgO、A12O3化学成分对高炉渣微观结构的影响,高炉渣主要为硅氧四面体相互连接成的网络结构,Ca2+和Na+等离子进入到炉渣网络结构中破坏了硅酸盐网络结构,促使硅酸盐中简单结构单元增多;Al3+、Ti4+和B3+等离子在不同环境中对高炉渣微观结构起到不同作用,既可以使炉渣网络结构复杂化,也可以使炉渣网络结构转变为较小的结构单元.并指出了关于化学成分对中钛渣微观结构影响是中钛渣的研究重点....
