激光织构对材料表面摩擦学性能影响的研究进展

TH117; 激光织构因其加工精度高、速率快、环境污染小等优点,在机械生产、精密医疗和材料表面改性等领域得到了广泛地应用.近30多年来,随着超快激光织构技术的出现,相关研究进入了蓬勃发展的阶段.然而,由于其几何形貌种类多,排列组合方式多样,参数设计在不同材料的普适性差等问题仍阻碍激光织构减摩研究的发展.因此从几何形貌、尺寸参数、激光参数、润滑条件等方面,回顾了激光织构减摩研究的发展历程,讨论了激光织构的几何形貌、参数、工况条件等对摩擦学性能的影响,概括了不同润滑条件下激光织构的减摩机理,提出了激光织构技术目前存在的问题,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望....
